We do not issue refunds only exchange or store credit.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or an exchange.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where exchange is denied. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or
any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged. We do not accept products that are intimate such as swimwear, lingerie, or bodysuit garments.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will supply a return shipping address through email.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then began processing your exchange.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org along with photo of damaged items.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If your tracking information states that your package has reached USPS or delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier (either the United States Postal Service) and address the issue directly with them. Fancy Mi Amour does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as reached or delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
